Infopia to Speak at Online Market World 2007


VP marketing speaks on managing multi-channel branding
and optimizing customer lifetime value

Salt Lake City, UT – October 1, 2007 – Infopia, the leader in multi-channel, online selling technology, announced today that Infopia’s vice president of marketing, Ralf VonSosen, will speak at the upcoming Online Market World 2007, an eCommerce conference to be held at the Moscone Conference Center in San Francisco, October 3-5.

VonSosen will speak at two conference sessions on Thursday, October 4, 2007. His first session at 2:45pm, titled “Managing Brands Across Channels,” will tackle the challenge of consistent branding in a multi-channel environment. Speaking again at 4:15pm, his second session, “Customer Lifetime Value: What You Don't Know Can Hurt You,” will focus on employing customer analytic tools to gain customer insight, strengthen loyalty, and execute retention strategies.
