Electronics Retailer NextWorth Doubles Sales with Infopia for AppExchange


Infopia and salesforce.com provide growth platform for online retailers

Salt Lake City, UT – September 17, 2007 – Infopia, the leader in multi-channel, online selling solutions, announced today that online retailer NextWorth has more than doubled its business since launching Infopia via salesforce.com’s AppExchange. NextWorth, a consumer electronics exchange company that specializes in buying and selling used iPods, deployed Infopia last year to help manage its rapid growth of inventory and customers.

The winner of salesforce.com’s 2006 Breakthrough Application of the Year award, Infopia for AppExchange not only increased NextWorth’s customer acquisition by more than 100 percent, but also dramatically improved customer service by increasing the speed of issue resolution by 60 percent.
