Infopia Unveils eBay Listing Management Solution Integrated With Salesforce.com CRM at Salesforce.com Appforce Conference

SAN FRANCISCO - May 24 – Infopia and salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM - News), the market and technology leader in on-demand business services, today announced the availability of a beta release of Infopia's Marketplace Manager V 6.2, for salesforce.com's AppExchange. Infopia's Marketplace Manager is a complete e-commerce sales management solution that offers online sellers the tools they need to effectively manage their eBay sales. The beta release announced today integrates with salesforce.com's industry-leading CRM, which will allow eBay sellers to expand their customer relationship management operations and offers salesforce.com customers the ability to tap into the eBay marketplace from within their Salesforce implementation. Through the beta release of Infopia's Marketplace Manager, salesforce.com customers can now extend their reach beyond the traditional direct sales, call center, and website channel into eBay's Community of 193 million users. Salesforce.com customers can use Infopia's Marketplace Manager to differentiate from their competition by providing a new shopping experience to existing and new customers within eBay's vast online marketplace. A seamless integration among eBay, Infopia, and salesforce.com maintains a consolidated single view of the customer within Salesforce to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. eBay sellers have the ability to increase customer satisfaction and sales effectiveness by streamlining and expanding their customer relationship management with Infopia's solution integrated with Salesforce.
