Despite the doom and gloom coming from cable news, ecommerce is turning out to be a glimmer of bright light in the retail sector as online sales continue to outpace their brick-and-mortar counterparts. Like everyone else, though, our customers aren’t completely immune to what is going on in the broader sector. Overall, we are impressed with the growth and resilience we’re seeing across our 300+ client base.

So yes, these are challenging times for those of us in online retail. But with challenge comes opportunity!
