Bjorn Espenes

CEO and Chairman of the Board

Bjorn Espenes brings fifteen years of technology and entrepreneurial experience to Infopia - helping the company to secure funding as well as leading the company profitably into its next level of success. Prior to Infopia, he was the founder and CEO of Xanthon, builder of the world's first voice portal into the Internet,which merged with Talk2 Technology in 2000. Mr. Espenes held various positions at WordPerfect and Novell and served on the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee for the Utah Information Technology Association. He was recently recognized as one of the "Top 40 Executives Under 40" by Utah Business magazine and he was selected by his peers as one of vSpring Capital's "Top 100 Venture Entrepreneurs." In addition, Mr. Espenes is an active member of YEO (Young Entrepreneur's Organization). He holds a Bachelor's Degree in finance from the University of Utah and an MBA from Westminster College.

John Moragne

John Moragne is a co-founder of Trident Capital and has been a managing director since 1993. From 1989 to 1993, John was a principal with Bain Capital, a leveraged buyout firm affiliated with Bain & Company. He was also a principal of Information Partners Capital Fund, a private equity firm associated with Dun & Bradstreet Enterprises and Bain Capital. Earlier in his career, John was a management consultant with Bain & Company.

John's current directorships include AirTight Networks, BenefitPoint, Chamberlin Edmonds, Datatel, E&C Medical Intelligence, Infopia, Intagio Group, Resolution Health, Turn, Inc. and Ultralink. He is a board observer to Webify. His past directorships include MapQuest.com, Inc. (MQST – acquired by AOL), Newgen Results Corporation (NWGN – acquired by Teletech Corporation (TTEC)), bamboo.com (acquired by Internet Pictures (IPIX)), Daou Systems, Inc. (DAOU), Frisco Holdings, Inc., Internet Profiles Corporation (acquired by CMGI), Medicode, Inc. (acquired by United Healthcare (UNH)), Vality Technology, Inc. (acquired by Ascential Software (ASCL)), boats.com (acquired by Trader Publishing Company), and ClaimIQ (acquired by Mitchell International).

John holds a BA from Dartmouth College, an MS from Stanford University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Mark Gorenberg

Mark Gorenberg has been a venture capitalist at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners since 1990, and has served as a board member for start-up and public software companies including AdForce, HomeGrocer, NetDynamics and Scopus Technologies. Currently, he serves as a director of Cenzic, Infopia, Lathian Systems, ontheFRONTIER, Omniture and Tizor Systems. Mark is also a member of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Corporation's Board of Trustees.

Prior to joining Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Mark managed a number of new media areas and was a member of the original SparcStation I team at Sun Microsystems. Mark received a BSEE from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MSEE from the University of Minnesota, and an MS in Engineering Management from Stanford University.

Michael Levinthal

Mike Levinthal has over 24 years of venture capital investing experience and currently lives in Park City, Utah, where he works as an independent venture capitalist helping to advise companies in the intermountain area. During his 20-year tenure with the Mayfield Fund, Mike worked to sponsor over 50 companies including such successes as Citrix, Concur Technologies, Heartstream, Pure Software and WebMethods. He began his career in venture capital at New Enterprise Associates (NEA), during which time he founded ONSET Ventures, a venture firm specializing in incubating new companies.

Mike currently serves on the Boards of Altiris (ATRS), Directpointe, Infopia, Metricstream, Senforce, 3point5, Utah Capital Investment Corporation (UCIC) and the Forever Young Foundation. He is also the Vice Chairman of Interplast and a Trustee of the Utah Information Technology Association (UITA).

Mike holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He received both his MS and BS degrees in engineering from Stanford University. He has served as an Advisory Board member to the Stanford Technology Venture Program and established the Mayfield Fellows program at Stanford University and University of California at Berkeley.

Mark Sunday

Mark Sunday is Chief Information Officer at Oracle where he is responsible for the deployment and operational management of the information technology used across the company as well as the operational infrastructure for Oracle's On Demand product offerings. Prior to Oracle, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Siebel Systems for over six years, which was acquired by Oracle in early 2006. Prior to Siebel, Mark served in IT leadership positions for 20 years at Motorola, ST Microelectronics and Texas Instruments.

Mark serves on the Boards of Altiris (ATRS) and Infopia. He is also a Trustee of the Utah Technology Council and a member of the Advisory Board of the Western Governor's University.

Mark holds a BS in engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Blake Modersitzki

Mr. Modersitzki joined UV Partners in 2002. Prior to joining UV Partners he was Managing Director of Novell Ventures and Vice President Strategic Business Development. He was responsible for managing Novell's venture fund, all relationships with the venture capital community, investment bankers, and the portfolio, as well as Novell's Global Strategic Business development group. He has also held key positions at Novell, a leading networking infrastructure company, in corporate development, product management, and sales and marketing. Mr. Modersitzki has over 15 years of high tech operational experience. He began his business career with WordPerfect Inc. He holds a BS in Economics from Brigham Young University.
